E-Safety
One of the aims of our school is to provide appropriate safeguards and to raise awareness to enable students (and others) to control their online experiences and thereby feel confident and secure in their use of technology.
If you have any concerns over you or your child’s social networking activity, please report it to us. You can do this by sending an e-mail to admin@standrews.calderdale.sch.uk alternatively, you can come into school and speak to one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs). These are Mrs Smith, Mrs Jocelyn, Mrs Brearley and Mrs Helliwell.
National Internet Safety Day is celebrated each year in our school.
Pupils also receive regular visits from our local PCSOs who help to educate our pupils on how to stay safe online.
